Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy having a a cocktail every so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your billfold, and keep all cash, credit cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Pack only the cash you anticipate to use on alcohol, tips and only the pocket change you anticipate to burn and keep the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You could experience a success following a boozy evening out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to catch a long toss at a hot craps game. Keep that story considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink and bet. The pair simply do not go well together.

Leaving your money at home is a bit drastic, but precautionary actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you wager to win, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to blow your $$$$ nary a worry, then consume all the gratuitous booze your stomach can handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your inebriated head loses all the cash!

Allow me to take this one step more. Don’t drink and then head online to play in your preferred online casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my domicile, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards near by, I can’t drink and wager.

How come? Although I do not consume alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it is clearly sufficient to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
